The Big Picnic

The Big Picnic Welshpool is this year's musical summer picnic of the year in Welshpool, sponsored by local companies and hosted by Angel Voice Singing School, Welshpool's only singing school in the area and setting the bar for all people who want to sing and be a part of their community.

AVS School has hosted two of these events in 2018 and 2019 and are so happy to be providing this space and fun time for family and friends from all over the country. Sharing the beautiful countryside and the marvellous town of Welshpool.

AVS has been proud to share it's amazing singers and are looking forward to sharing the stage with several other dance companies this year. There are many more things happening and we will be updating the page as and when we can confirm.

The event will be taking part on Welshpool Rugby Clubs own field by the Welshpool Canal, next to the bowling club. Watch out for signs on how to get there.

So...

Bring your picnic baskets, your suncream, your sunhats, possibly your umberellas and your sandwiches and lets have a great time enjoying the wonderful weather (Come rain or shine) and local entertainers and community projects.

Your presence is the best way to celebrate our lovely town.
